Tim Conroy has been a volunteer Peer Specialist at Self Help Center, a peer-run drop in Center for the last 6 years and a 4-year Advisory Board member. For 5 years Tim has sat on the St. Louis City/County Police CIT Coordinating Council and has assisted in training CIT Officers for 3 years. He sits on the State CIT Council as a consumer/professional voice and was voted onto the State CIT Working Committee providing strategic planning. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from UMSL a Master’s of Library Science and Information Technology from UM-Columbia. He is also a certified WRAP Facilitator and a QPR Instructor.
