Taylor, Suzanne, LCSW

Suzanne received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from The University of Kansas and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has been practicing social work in Kansas and Missouri since 2012. Suzanne specializes in the treatment of Substance Use Disorder and family recovery and has frequently presented on these topics. Presentations and trainings conducted by Suzanne include, but are not limited to, “Recovery and Relationships”, “Warning Signs and Adolescent Drug Use” and “Parental Substance Use and the Impact on Children”. She has been facilitating How to Cope, a program for individuals and families impacted by a loved one’s substance use, at First Call for four years. She is passionate about reducing barriers to recovery as well as reducing the stigma associated with the disease of addiction.
